Open the PAYE period where the payment has been made to HMRC (click here to learn how to do this) and needs to be marked as paid in ZotaBooks. Press the “Mark as Paid” button to tell ZotaBooks the payment for PAYE has been made to HMRC.

The “Mark as Paid” button only becomes enabled after the end of the PAYE period.
