Select MyAccount -> Billing & Charges, the Billing & Price Plan Usage screen is displayed. Press the “Change Price Plan” button.

The list of available price plans is displayed, press the “Select” button next to the price plan to change to (circled in red below). The price plan will be effective from the next billing period, the date of which is shown outlined in the red box below.
