Any supplier in ZotaBooks can be set as a sub-contractor subject to Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). To set a supplier as subject to CIS following the menu item:

Personalisation -> Customer & Supplier Setup

How to Add CIS to an Existing Supplier

Under the actions column next to the supplier which is required to have CIS added select the “Edit” supplier icon (indicated by being surrounded by a red box below).

The supplier setup screen appears for the selected supplier, tick the “Sub-Contractor is subject to Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)” check box, indicated below surrounded by a red box.

Press the “Save” button.

How to Add CIS to a New Supplier

When setting up the new company tick the check box “Sub-Contractor is subject to Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)”.
