Open the VAT return, to do this following the menu:

Applications -> Company Tax

Select the VAT period to be submitted by clicking on the action icon. The VAT return shows the VAT amounts to be submitted.

Click the “Submit to HMRC” button to submit the VAT return to HMRC

Once the “Submit to HMRC” button has been pressed a message box asking for confirmation of intent to submit is displayed.

To submit the VAT return to HMRC, confirm both statements by ticking the check boxes. Then press the “Submit to HMRC” button.

The VAT return updates showing the values submitted and the values HMRC received.

The VAT return for the period shows as “Submitted to HMRC”
