Users who have permission can access the users and security role setup, this allows

• users to be added to ZotaBooks
• users to be assigned to or removed from a security role
• change permissions of security roles
• add new security roles

Accessing a Security Role

Security roles are accessed by following the menu items as below:

My Account -> User Administration

Then select the action icon alongside the user who you want to add to a security role.

Under the “Roles & Permissions” section, near the top of the screen, tick the security role the user is to be assigned to, untick those the user should not be assigned to. Once the changes have been made press the “Save” button.
